You must notify spin99c immediately via live chat or email if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account. spin99c will not be liable for any loss resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.
Only one Account is permitted per household address. Players sharing a residential address who both wish to use the Platform must disclose this to spin99c support. Accounts at the same address sharing payment methods will be subject to enhanced due diligence and may be restricted pending review.

All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency deposits, which are converted at the prevailing rate at the time of credit.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible. This is an anti-money laundering requirement. spin99c targets e-wallet withdrawal completion within 15 minutes of approval for verified accounts during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals typically take 1 to 3 banking business days. Cryptocurrency withdrawals may take 15 to 60 minutes depending on network conditions.

In the event of any inconsistency between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.
Unless stated otherwise, Bonus Funds credited to a Player's Account are subject to a wagering requirement ("rollover"). The wagering requirement specifies the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered using eligible Real Money Funds or Bonus Funds before any winnings derived from those Bonus Funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements at spin99c range from 10x to 35x depending on the specific promotion. For example, a MYR 100 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires MYR 2,000 in total eligible bets to be placed before the resulting winnings become withdrawable.
Not all games contribute equally toward clearing wagering requirements:
While Bonus Funds remain active in a Player's Account, the maximum permitted bet per spin or per round is MYR 250, unless a lower maximum is specified in the promotion-specific terms. Placing bets in excess of the maximum permitted amount while a bonus is active constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
Bonus Funds and their associated wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each promotion. Where no specific validity period is stated, the default is fourteen (14) days from the date of credit. Bonus Funds that remain incomplete at the time of expiry, together with any related winnings, will be forfeited automatically.
spin99c employs sophisticated monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse, pattern betting, arbitrage wagering, and other forms of promotional manipulation. Where spin99c determines, at its sole discretion, that a Player has engaged in or attempted bonus abuse — including but not limited to using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk combinatorial bets to exploit welcome offers, or exploiting system errors — spin99c reserves the right to void any associated bonuses and winnings, suspend the Account, and recover any funds paid in error.
Players who have activated responsible gambling tools such as deposit limits or self-exclusion may be ineligible to claim certain promotions. spin99c will not actively market bonuses to Players who have indicated they are experiencing gambling-related difficulties.
All casino games available on the spin99c Platform are powered by Game Providers whose Random Number Generator ("RNG") software has been independently tested and certified for fairness by accredited third-party testing laboratories. Published Return to Player ("RTP") percentages are accurate at the time of publication and are sourced from the respective Game Providers. Actual results for individual sessions will naturally vary.
In the event of a technical malfunction, communication error, or system fault that affects a game round or bet settlement, the affected round or bet shall be deemed void and any stakes placed will be returned to the Player's Account. spin99c does not accept liability for winnings arising from a game that was affected by a verified technical malfunction. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets and are displayed within the respective game or market interface. spin99c reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time. You may close your spin99c Account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat or email. Upon a closure request, spin99c will process a final withdrawal of your remaining Real Money Balance to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, provided all outstanding KYC requirements are met. Bonus Funds remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be forfeited.

Upon termination of an Account, all Bonus Funds and any winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds will be forfeited. Real Money Funds not subject to ongoing investigations will be returned to the Player following the completion of any required compliance review. spin99c will not be liable for any losses arising from an Account closure carried out in accordance with these Terms.
